【雲上嶺南】A New Record! More than 100 Black-faced Spoonbills spotted in Guangdong

数量创新高！100多只黑脸琵鹭飞抵深圳湾湿地

During the migratory season, the Shenzhen Bay Wetland welcomes a large number of migratory birds. Recently, flocks of Black-faced Spoonbills were photographed in NeiLingding Futian National Nature Reserve, Guangdong Province. In recent years, this is the first time that the number of Black-faced Spoonbills has also reached a record high. For the past few years, the number of migratory birds flying to Guangdong for wintering has been increasing, showing the outcomes of Guangdong's efforts in wetland protection and restoration. According to statistics, Guangdong has recorded 584 species of wild birds and nearly 400 species of migratory birds. 

时下正值候鸟迁徙季，众多秋迁候鸟飞抵南粤，深圳湾湿地也迎来了大批候鸟。近日，广东内伶仃福田国家级自然保护区拍摄到一批又一批黑脸琵鹭，这是该保护区近年来黑脸琵鹭数量的历史新高，100余只黑脸琵鹭同框画面在省内也实属罕见。近年来，飞抵广东越冬的候鸟种群数量不断增加，这是广东加强湿地保护与修复的效果显现。据统计，广东现历史记录有野生鸟类584种，迁徙鸟类近400种。
