许子东：建构起一种共通的大湾区文学

#TheGreatBeautyofGuangdong The Rereading Chinese Novels in the 20th Centuryby Xu Zidong won the "Annual Literary Review" at the 2022 Huadi Literature List Ceremony held recently in Shenzhen.

In his acceptance speech, Xu noted that Cantonese is the mother tongue in Guangzhou, Hong Kong, and Macao. Language is the foundation of literature, and the written dialect can be a very favorable condition. He mentioned that in the Greater Bay Area, Guangzhou and Hong Kong are cities with traditional Cantonese as their mother tongue, while Shenzhen is a mandarin immigrant city. He believes that Shenzhen has the potential to be the center of the Greater Bay Area literature in the future.

He further mentioned that Shenzhen literature should not be confined to the established framework of "migrant worker literature" as Shenzhen is already the most technologically advanced frontier city in China. It is China's "chip city".

The author emphasized that the city should give full play to its cultural originality and driving force of economic and social development, and at the same time, the cultural concepts with great potential such as "New Southern Writing" can be added, so Shenzhen literature can make a breakthrough of its own.

2022花地文学榜盛典，近日在深圳举行，许子东《重读20世纪中国小说》获年度文学评论。

他在获奖感言中提到，广州、香港、澳门的母语是粤语，语言是文学的基础，方言的书面化可以成为非常有利的条件。在大湾区，广州、香港是以传统粤语为母语的城市，而深圳是一个以普通话为主的移民城市。我认为，深圳有潜力成为大湾区文学未来的中心。

深圳是中国科技最发达的前沿城市，是“中国芯片的城市”，深圳文学不能只局限于“打工文学”的既定框架当中，要发挥自己的文化原创力和经济社会发展的驱动力，同时叠加“新南方写作”等非常有潜力的文化概念，闯出自己的一片天。
