菇类|食菇可改善皮肤干燥?营养师激推7款菇菌助减脂通便

菇菌类营养价值丰富,可减肥、通便,亦可改善皮肤干燥问题。营养生Negimen)营养师Queenie Lam推介7种菇菌,营养价值及功效亦各有不同。但她提醒,有2类人应该避免过量进食菇菌,以免影响肠胃。

7款菇菌类营养功效

营养师Queenie在“营养生”Facebook专页发文指出,菇菌是超级食物之一,各类菇菌均含有丰富膳食纤维,有助排便及减少脂肪吸收,更是唯一的植物性维他命D来源。

Queenie列出7款菇菌类,包括包括黑木耳、干冬菇、猴头菇、鸡髀菇、舞茸、鸿喜菇、羊肚菌,其营养价值和好处各有不同:

2类人要慎吃菇菌

Queenie最后提醒,由于菇菌类嘌呤和纤维含量较高,所以患有痛风或肠胃较弱人士进食时,应避免过量食用。
