The flowering period of sorrowless trees generally extends from April to May and so does the viewing period. In spring, the temperature in Guangzhou is slightly higher than in other places, helping many sorrowless trees bloom earlier.

踏进三月，广州街头无忧树已开出一团团花蕾，绿叶中的橙黄色无忧花，犹如一团团小火焰在春天闪耀。

无忧树的花期一般在4-5月，观赏期约有一个月。而广州春天气温稍高，不少无忧树会提前吐艳。
