全球最大集装箱船舶靠泊广州南沙港

At noon on April 10, the world's largest container ship "Mediterranean Irina" (MSCIRINA) developed independently by China berthed at the Nansha Phase II Container Terminal in Guangzhou Port. Only 17 days later, the ship with a maximum loading capacity of 24,346 TEUs once again broke the historical record of the largest container ship docked in Nansha Port.

With a length of 399.99 meters and a width of 61.3 meters and the highest single bay of container piles as high as 25 floors, the ship was launched in March this year. Lined up end to end on the ground, the containers canconnect Guangzhou to Hong Kong, which has earned the ship the name "Big Mac" and "King of Cargo" at sea.

4月10日中午，我国自主研制的全球最大集装箱船“地中海伊琳娜”（MSCIRINA）号（最大装箱量24346标准箱）靠泊在广州港南沙二期集装箱码头，仅间隔17天便再次刷新南沙港区挂靠最大集装箱船舶的历史记录。

记者获悉，“地中海伊琳娜”号于今年3月下水，船长399.99米，型宽61.3米；最高单贝堆箱层高达25层，相当于22层楼的高度；最大装箱量24346标准箱，这些集装箱在地面首尾相连一字排开可以从广州连接到香港，是当之无愧的海上“巨无霸”和“带货之王”。
