肇庆怀集：在水一方 诗写云天

Located upstream of the Sui River, Huaiji County of Zhaoqing City is an important transportation hub connecting Guangxi, Guangdong, and Hunan provinces of China. The very name Huaiji reflects the combination of its beautiful landscape and the historical and cultural features of ethnic diversity.

The banks of the river are lined with ancient trees and swaying bamboo in Huaiji which has long been known as the “land of rice”. Standing by the river, the Wenchang Academy is painted in classical colors, creating a serene atmosphere in the area.

肇庆市怀集县地处北江支流绥江上游，是广东省西北通桂达湘的重要交通枢纽。怀集，取怀山怀水之“怀”，又取多民族相安集聚之“集”，勾勒出怀集山水形胜之美和历史人文特色。

这里一江两岸，流水潺潺，古树参天，竹影婆娑，有如一颗全省山区县中最大的绿色明珠镶嵌于此，素有“稻米之乡”之称。静谧古朴的文昌书院在水一方，如巨椽之笔，以古典色彩，寥寥泼染，呈颜就色。方寸之间，诗写云天，散发着静蕴文明的气息。
