东莞虎门：艺术+创意！旧社区变身“网红”景点

The Zexu community in Humen Town, Dongguan, has recently been transformed into a popular attraction. It has launched creative public service advertisements and created fascinating murals on the walls.

Most of the buildings in the Zexu community were constructed in the 1980s and 1990s, and their outdated and aging walls are one of the common problems. This community began its transformation in 2022, adopting unique techniques to repair the residential areas while preserving the original architectural and spatial arrangement. Public spaces have been restored to satisfy the local needs and improve the environmental quality of the old neighborhood. #citylife

近日，东莞虎门镇则徐社区经历“微改造”，因地制宜推出创意十足的公益广告、富有趣味的墙画、潮流时尚的墙体，成为当地新晋“网红”景点。

则徐社区辖内的楼宇多数建于20世纪八九十年代，普遍存在外墙残旧、墙面老化等问题。为改变这种现状，从2022年开始，则徐社区在保持原有建筑和空间格局的基础上，微改造用“绣花”功夫对旧居住区进行修补、织补式更新，因地制宜对公共空间进行修复，改善老旧小区的环境品质。
